Special Transport Specialists from the Word Bank Visits HIP

Transport Specialists of the Word Bank Wei Winnie Wang; Senior Transport Specialist and Shomik Raj Mehndiratta, Practice Manager, Transport, South Asia Region met with the CEO of HIPS Captain Ravi and a Senior Delegation from the Port.

HIP made an introductory presentation for the delegation from the World Bank and then they were invited for a bird’s eye view of the port and its operations. The aim of the delegation was understand and gather information on the operational success and challenges of the port, particularly during the pandemic. They found the business excellence, productivity and port growth noteworthy.
